The India–Africa partnership is rooted in a long-standing history of solidarity, mutual respect, and shared aspirations for inclusive growth and development. Over the years, it has evolved into a dynamic and multi-dimensional engagement encompassing trade and investment, capacity building, technology transfer, healthcare, education, and sustainable development. In this context, the India–Africa Forum Summit assumes significant importance as the apex platform for guiding and elevating this partnership.
The 4th India–Africa Forum Summit 2026, this year, will serve as a strategic platform to deepen engagement and shape the future trajectory of India–Africa relations. As both regions continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of the Global South, the Summit serves as a catalyst for deepening ties and unlocking new opportunities, while contributing to a more balanced and inclusive global order.
It’s in this backdrop that ASSOCHAM is organising India–Africa Dialogue 2026, Networking Dinner & Cocktail Reception, with the support of the Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, on Monday, 4th May 2026, at New Delhi.
Envisioned as a high-impact platform ahead of the Summit, the Dialogue will foster meaningful engagement between policymakers, diplomats, and industry leaders, while strengthening institutional linkages between the Indian industry and African Missions in India. The initiative will be organised in close collaboration with the Embassy of Ethiopia and will witness the participation of several African Ambassadors and High Commissioners, along with senior diplomats from African Missions in India.
Hon’ble Minister of State, Ministry of External Affairs, Secretary, Members of Parliament, and senior representatives from key Ministries of the Government of India have also been invited to grace the occasion.
Given the significance of this initiative, the event offers your organisation strong visibility among top diplomatic leadership and key decision-makers, along with valuable networking and engagement opportunities with stakeholders across India and Africa.
