This series of articles in the four editions of Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary Diplomatist will be a modern recounting of many aspects of relations between India and the Latin American & Caribbean region. The India – LAC relationship is regarded by many as totemic in the discourse about South – South development. As such we hope that this series will be a marker on the path of that increasingly meaningful movement.
