While conveying my best wishes for 2024, I want to take this opportunity to thank the Ministry of External Affairs, Department of Commerce, foreign diplomatic Missions in New Delhi and also our Missions abroad, senior Advisors of MIICCIA, business members of the MIICCIA, for your continued support and association in our events, and sponsors for your incredible support and advice.
For MIICCIA Chamber, the Year 2023 has been eventful and we are committed to keeping the tempo in 2024 also. We had organized, with the support of the Ministry of External Affairs, Business Conferences on BIMSTEC (February 2023), on Latin America and the Caribbean Region (June 2023), Central Asia (August 2023), Central and West Africa (29 January 2024). We hosted foreign business delegations from Vietnam (November 2023), Russia (December 2023), and organized business meetings with visiting Hon’ble Minister of Tanzania (October, 2023) and in the Ethiopian Embassy (September 2023). With the support of the Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in New Delhi and the Indian embassy in Addis Ababa, MIICCIA led a successful business delegation from 21- 25 February 2024. MIICCIA organized a B2B interactive Session with an 18-member- business delegation from the World Trade Centre, Utah Region of USA, on 27 February 2024. We have signed more than 40 MoUs with foreign and Indian Chambers, and industry organizations.
It has been a pleasure for me to steer as President of MIICCIA. Together, we move forward in promoting the business interests of members and trade and economic relations with foreign countries. MIICCIA is a high-quality organization made up of senior Advisors who are all committed to making positive influences in the commercial areas. I hope together we can reach great horizons.
