Taiwan’s “Formosa Circus Art” troupe is set to perform at Kamani Auditorium in New Delhi at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday (July 6). This is going to be a mesmerising show.

Using Taiwan’s historical name “Formosa,” FOCA intends to encourage Taiwan’s contemporary circus performances.

FOCA acrobats will present to you an impressive performance with innovative and stunning visual effects. The acrobatic performance will leave you in awe.

This visit is being organised by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India (TECCI) and Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is part of an effort to boost relations and cultural ties with countries targeted by the Taiwan government's New Southbound Policy.

The theme of the nine-year-old troupe's performance is "Taiwan, the Heart of Asia."

TECCI Representative Ambassador Tien Chung Kwang said “This event brings many young professional artists to the Indian audiences. It will be a great opportunity to bridge two economies together."

In welcome of the Formosa Circus Art, Amb Tien Chung Kwang organised a reception at The Grand, New Delhi on 5th July 2019.

An artist from the group performed for the guests present there. He held his audience spellbound. Not wanting the magic to end. The act wowed the crowd and roused the audience into giving a standing ovation.
